Man, it seems like yesterday that I was at my area convention, on stage, running to become a state officer. How the year flies bye so fast! I can't even fathom that in 9 days Area VI will know who their Incoming State Officer for the 2009-2010 school year will be!
As exciting as this is for this one lucky candidate, it is even more exciting for me! I know you are probably thinking, what is she saying?! Is she ready to give up her reign as a state officer? The answer to your inquiries, NO WAY! I am excited because I have the opportunity to share all of my knowledge and all of my experiences with someone else! I am going to be able to take my replacement and guide them in the right direction so they may become a great state officer and serve you to the best of their ability. This time last year, Illisa Nolan did this for me. I can't believe it is my turn! I can't wait!
With time flying bye so rapidly, I am prepared to seize every moment and live up the next few months to their fullest!
